Hi,

I have been trying to find good examples of sexy male walk, but I can't seem to find good ones.

It's much easier for me to see what good female exaples look like, plenty of online resources.

I have found andrew tate's walk quite sexy, here is a refefence -

Could you tell me if my idea of a sexy walk is on the right path or way off from this example.

2 things are most important IMO:

1) Walk slow, with purpose. To do this, take a slightly longer stride by extending your leg a tad. Should almost feel like a stretch.

If you go people watching, you'll see that often the people that catch your attention are those that feel like they are walking slow with a longer stride.

If you need to change direction, look a certain way, do it slowly.

2) Straight and relaxed posture. Whole body is being pulled by a string. Chest and head are high. Relaxed shoulders, and arms moving freely.

I think Tate's walk is good.

I've found the two things that get the most attention are:

1. Posture
2.Shoulder swagger

Overdoing either makes you look try hard.

In this video, Tate seems to be doing it just at the right amount.

I've seen other videos where he exaggerated the swagger, making him come across as too much of a jerk (which might fit the image he's selling tho)

a good date brings a smile to your lips... and hers

yeah the longer stried is something I noticed too good tip. I tried to look at male model ramp walks, but a lot of the time they are using their walk to express artisitc ideas and their walks are qhite weird some of the time lol

I find it's quite easy to find good female walk examples and their visual breakdowns.
Kendal jenner, bella hadid.
Not too many good male examples though.

Are there any celebrities or internet personalities that come to mind, that you think have a secy male walk ?

I like Daniel Craig's walk in the James Bond movies.

Male models on the runaway are good examples too. I'd take the exaggeration down a notch tho.

Hey!I think you’re totally right to look at Andrew Tate's walk as a "sexy" example. His step shows confidence, which is key.I’d add that a good male walk also includes relaxed shoulders and an upright postureCheck out someone like David Beckham, he’s a great reference! For me, walking is not just style but personality tooIt’s crucial to feel comfortable and natural in what you do.Work on your confidence, and your walk will become more attractive!

How long did it take you to improve you walk? any particular methods you used to practice it.

One thing that helps is doing a little bit of yoga with backwards bends to counteract being hunched over at a desk.

So like on your knees, hands on hamstrings, look up at the ceiling. Also downward dog.

For actual walking, spread your legs. Simply being conscious of giving yourself ball room will slow your walk down. Plus the Alexander technique... Just imagine a hook in your sturnum being pulled up by a chain toward the ceiling.

Yeah walking with a straight posture, isn't a problem with me, it's walking with wide legs, stance. The few times I tried it, my friends or anyone else at the time commented how weird it looked.
