Living a life you want, is very difficult.
There's so many reasons. Your friends are dropping one by one (i have seen mine), Life is changing that you don't know where you going. Living an unconventional life,(Read on Chase article also!). We constantly look ourselves to others to know where we going, are we doing things right. Imagine if you're Warren Buffett, or Carlos SLim, you have billions of dollars in your hand, and there's only like a few of you. You wonder what's your next step, you build businesses, you help people and sometimes (if not all the time) they are still "Victim mentality", and sometimes blaming you for it. We think that we need to look to others, that we need others validation, that we need others lifes, and yes we do need examples, role models, something to derive upon, BUT
But.... do we really need others validation and thoughts so much?
LEt's us stop, Aren't we thinking already? and thinking comes from self, and most of you all know, generally that thinking is bias. It is derive from your own perception, and that perception is what you take and learn from when you were really young and accumulate all this things. So which means you have been operating from your own individual perspective/mind/belief for so long. I am quite surprised myself by this phenomenon. IF you look at it on layman's terms, why do we love people who care about themselves more than others?
Because we innately know that is not who we are (the guy who care about others more than them). We operate from a "self-fulfilling prophecy mind". It just keep reaffirming itself, It's so apparent, that i cannot even begin to tell you, The signs are everywhere.
