Really want to hear what you guys think about this. I'm a pretty short guy (5'5) and I've always struggled with my height. I've been wearing 1-2 inch shoe lifts for about a year now. I know being comfortable in your skin is a big part of being confident but going into a night club (or really any social situations) where you are significan't shorter than others is uncomfortable for me. Logically, I understand that if I want to be confident I have to be happy and comfortable in my own skin. So what are your thoughts on wearing lifts? can you achieve true confidence while wearing lifts? is it a subconscious psychological obstacle to confidence?
