I was explaining to my friend why us gamers want to stay out of the bf zone,

Sure, but if you genuinely make her cum, and actually give her enjoyable sex, meaning sweep her away with emotions and an experience, I think that's a big part of it. But you'd have to get her out of work mode first.

At least that's how I would do it. It's already known that she's there because of the money, but I'd turn into a date of sorts, get her following my frame and only fuck her when I see she's out of her normal "work mode" script and in her normal girl mode. As much as possible have it feel like an escalation where she forgot about the money and is asking herself how she feels about it.

@ulrich I see your point and I definitely agree. I think it has to be a combination of both:
1- A Regular who visits her usually
2- This regular has somehow game or at least he is not boring as fuck.

The more he interacts with her, the more chances he has to make a good impression and create positive emotions, and the more she will get attached.
I know a friend who fucks a whore regularly he offers to pay her to take a trip with him she declined. He has zero game.
