What is considered pornography? How to perform healthy masturbation?

I wonder how to use pictures and videos of beautiful women without being addicted to pornography. I don't watch scenes of other people's sex or how women masturbate. However, I watch clothed women in pictures as well as clothed porn actresses sitting on the bed before sex. Also, sometimes I watch women in swimming costume/bikini. Images of sexy women are now everywhere from television, advertisements, social media etc. Are these activities considered pornography addiction? Honestly, I prefer masturbating to this content than imagining sex with some women. My opinion is no, but I still want to ask because until 2 years ago I was addicted to watching porn and now I don't watch it at all. I believe that pornography is the greatest evil that a man can do to himself in seduction.

Seems like nicotine chewing from an ex-smoker lol.

This is something from the "no-fap" crowd that I really I don't agree with.
Masturbation is fine as long as it's not getting in the way of real sex.
If you are actively chasing women, I think you are allowed to rub one off from time to time.

Yes, porn is bad and can become an addiction.
But the visualization of a woman's body is aluring and super important to keep us horny!
Those are powerful images we can use as motivation to "go after it"!

Rubbing one off every now and then isn't going to change your life one way or the other, but I do not think looking at pictures of women while doing it is a good idea. Looking at pictures still gives you the feeling of disconnected idealization that ultimately slugs your self esteem.

The more you invest into an activity the more the mind becomes attached to it. If it has to be done, it's best to just get it over with and then focus on improving your mind and body to lay real women.

If you are not working and striving day and night to get the fruits of this life, you shouldn't be wanking in the first place.

My advice would be to meet beautiful women, whether from social circle or cold approach, and fantasize about them afterwards.
