Hey guys
So recently i was doing sparring in my martial arts class. This is a class focusing on fundamental techniques and physical training. So the people there are mixed in terms of class (beginners-advanced). So i was sparring against this dude who was obviously better than me. He was beating me pretty bad. So in the next round i took a break off and shadow-boxed mirroring what all the advanced guys were doing (like watching a dance video and doing the same as the instructor) and so some rounds later i was up against him again and an idea crossed my mind...
"Him being better than you is all in your head. He's just flesh and bones like you. He can't do magic or has superpowers. He is just like you, the difference is in your mind" and it helped alot honestly. Sure, he still steamrolled me, because just like assuming attraction, this is a false belief (for all girls). Ofc he's better than you, he has alot more experience than you. But thinking he is your equal... You will retreat less... You will look him in the eyes while fighting. You won't close your eyes when he strikes you. Your mind will be more clear. You will be more aggressive and be ready with the counter attacks. And your increased confidence will make him doubt himself more... "Maybe i'm not so much better than him" and he will be less aggressive and slip up more.
Same with girls. When you believe you're good enough for her and that she likes you... You won't be afraid. You won't be playing it safe. You will be more likely to pull the trigger and pull it more often. Because when you believe she likes you... She might start believing it too.
Martial arts and seduction are both great for learning frame control. If you think you can't win, you're done. But if you think you CAN... You might actually win! You have nothing to lose by thinking you can win... and everything to gain.
