I just came from a date, it went well, however I observed that when I tried to build the tension in some moments between all the connecting, flirting, deep diving and playful banter, by staring her deeply in the eyes (I am yet to learn some other "technique"), she usually started scanning my eyes with her going from focusing on my left eye, then right, then left again. And after about 1,5 - 2 seconds she would ask something or just break the silence by saying something. And I noticed this behaviour many more times with different girls.
In case I described it badly, she talks, talks.. bla bla bla, is about to finish a sentece so I start looking more deeply in her eyes. She stop talking, I keep looking as if I try to study the paterns on her iris with a slightly dreamy expression on my face. There is a silence for about 2 seconds, after the first second she starts to scan my eyes with hers and then she starts talking again.
I understand she wants to get a read on me somewhat because I probably look like I am staring and she does not know why. But how can I make the "electricity" keep going up if she keeps shoving it down? Or my way even a viable way to build it?
