When you already know he girl finds you attractive?

To make a long story short, there is a girl at my school that I like now and I already have been told that she really likes me. I don’t to her much, we have just stared into each others eyes when passing a lot. But anyhow, I wants her, so how would I go about getting her out on a date from this situation. Do I ask her to wait for me after a class to talk? Do I wait for her to make a significant move, or do I just straight ask her out when the opportunity presents itself. Do I mention that I know she thinks I’m sexy?

*Walking by and I catch her look at me*
Me: If you're going to look at me like that you should at least say "Hi"
Her: <insert whatever>

Boom. Perfect icebreaker into a conversation - exchange a few sentences and then tell her you two should hang out after school some time and then grab her number. Super simple.
