Where the newbies go(?)

Let's say you're in high school and your moving to a new school where there are very few people in any of your classes. You'd need somewhere else to go to meet more people and get some experience, right?

Well, I tried looking for under 18 clubs (I'm 17) to go to with my brohyms but from what I've seen on the websites it doesn't seem like there are many good options nearby (in PA).

I've tried street approach as well but, in my small town? I found out real fast that sh*t is emptier than a Michel bay joint and you tend to run into the same people often.

Any idea where a newbie such as myself could go to get some more experience under their belt?

Bus, grocery store, on your way home, etc etc etc.
In my town, after 8 pm it's empty, but at 5-6 pm when people are off work and school, it's crowded.
Or you can go to a mall far away to approach, just tell your parents you're going shopping.

Hey sorry it took so long for the reply, my computer ended up getting hacked with a virus or something (Had to get it fixed).
But yeah, thanks brohym! It turns out I wasn't going out at the right time or at the right places. Malls, on vacation (especially the beach and boardwalks), on my way home, at stores, ect, ect. really seems to have more chances for approaching in general. Thanks again!
