MidWeek approaches are centered around places you regularly attend. Is there a social group activity you enjoy that is centered around a busy restaurant, Bar & Grill, etc. ? I've friends who do a Weekly Taco Tuesday bike ride on cruiser bikes. it attracts like 100 people. Others do "Pub runs" that meet at a weekly rotation of four pubs , run a couple miles then come back after and have a beer or two.
This time of year check out "Santas Crawls" where a large group dress in Christmas attire and go to a number of places in one night.

Wine Tasting Club - learn about different styles of wines.
Theme nights at restaurants that promote socializing. Like Tap takeovers by a microbrewery
Live bands you like and follow. Usually they play small gigs during the week.
Dancing clubs Depending on the style, they have weekly nights out.
Sports pickup leagues, meet up for a game and go out for beers and or a meal after.
School Dine and Donate events. Part of your bill goes to benefit a school or team or organization.
