For example if I say- tell me your name, instead of - what's your name?
Or if I say: tell me your schedule, instead of - so when are you free?
Will that gymnastics get me more compliance? Or is that bullshit?
It depends on context, sometimes it just doesn't sound normal to say it a certain way. I'd say 'tell me your name' comes across a bit strange.
The main thing imo is to not make it
sound like a question, imagine saying 'what's your name' but like a statement, without any question tonality at all, in a low, warm, engaging tone. That's very different to someone chirping "What's your name???!!!".
I also avoid question marks when texting as well, even when it's phrased like a question, works very well for creating a casual/carefree vibe.
In general though, commanding her and telling her to do things is very good for her attraction. You just don't want to do it in an awkward way.
