I looked a bit around on the website you posted but i couldn't really find any stuff that would be really useful for a women, unless you pay for it.
A good seduction website for women would be beneficial for men i guess. I'm not convinced that this is but i have only looked at it for 5 min.
In contrary i only needed a few seconds to realise what a valuable source 'girls chase' was but that might be because i'm a man.
Edit: Also the website is a bit overdoing it on Cleopatra. There is not a lot to know about her, most of it is fiction that has been invented by story writers later on, so yeah its just a marketing thing i guess.
