Working with foreign women

I’m currently work for a company that employs workers mainly from Eastern Europe. I’ve noticed many of the girls are giving me signals however I’m new to the job and also there’s a bit of a language barrier issue. How do you suggest I overcome this?

I’ve become great at anticipating and spotting signals that women send out but I’m mediocre when it comes to actually getting consistent results.
