A quick story about me. In my previous posts, I'm making an effort to balance out my natural game with technical skill and pickup acumen. When I was still technically inclined, one of the things I would do is I would go to the mall for 1 hour and try to find situations where I should practice my skill in doing various things like stopping a girl in front of me kinda like a street stop and try talking to her. Or I would try and approaching a girl from behind and try to open her from the side or walk up to her and then turn around. Even though I did it for the sake of practice, I always notice myself increasing in pressure and stress. I think it's because I was to gain as much experience as possible so I could be ready for women I genuinely find attractive. I don't do this anymore.
I've been going outside for walks recently and would usually walk around a mall that's very close to my home. Due to the pandemic, there aren't as much girls out here as it used to be, I'm sure all of you know that. But I have noticed that I will notice a girl that I think is cute, but every time that's happened she's walking somewhere, so I would only have split second chance to meet her.
How do you train your body to react fast to these situation? Every time I notice a girl, what comes natural for me is approaching them when they're sitting down or standing in one place, waiting for something. I would first notice the girl, then take sometime to build up the mental fortitude to go approach her, then run my game on her. But that's when I take my time whenever I can afford it. Does the "move fast" principle apply here as well?
