"You think you're so cool..."

Quick questions guys,
I've been hearing "you think you're so cool" for a better part of my life. What do you think it means when someone says that to you? do they perceive you as low value or do they perceive you as high value?

Thoughts are appreciated

i can see that as a funny remark or insult/funny so if a girl says that to you its most likely shes mocking you like you can be like im a great fighter blah blah i won over 100 fights etc then she says you think your so cool
shes making fun of you and not taking it serious lol

Depends on how it was said, who said it, circumstances, etc. I feel like if someone says, "you think you're so cool" you're either a high value dude and they're jealous, or maybe you're coming off a bit try hard. Take what we say with a grain of salt, for only you know your own behavior, and if you want a more accurate opinion, try asking someone you know who you trust to give you some honest criticism. We can only go off what you are telling us, so it's a bit difficult to give you a spot-on answer!
