Your advice on Girls next door

I've a question regarding neighbors. I'd like to try a good opener but I have trouble seeing this girl living in our apartment.
Seeing as she rarely goes outside, would you recommend knocking at her door with an opener?
With an indirect approach per say.

I'd like to hear your opinions on this, another option maybe building gatherings

I don't really agree with the opinion opener in this situation. Sure, she'll probably comply with it and talk with you about it, but it does hardly anything for a seduction. Imagine James Bond knocking on the door and asking someone their opinion on something. The two ideas don't match.

You can always introduce yourself normally; "Hi, I'm Altimeter; I noticed you walking the other day and realized I never introduced myself to you!" Just knock on her door and say it, or say it next time you see her.

Transitions into a date quite easily. Talk with her for a little bit, deep dive, add a little sexual feeling to the interaction through use of voice tone and eye contact, then get her number on a high point and have a date somewhere. I personally like going somewhere public if I don't really know the girl yet, because then I get the choice of bringing them home. Having the date in a place where you are already secluded and then trying to deep dive isn't useful at all because there's no physical transition point where you can change the mood from logic and qualifying to intimacy. If you just want quick intimacy and perhaps a casual thing, you can have it at your apartment, but be prepared for some resistance when trying to move quickly.
