A girl in my degree

I am in the first year of the university. In my degree, there are two classes, and in the other class, there is a girl who I want to ask out. The problem is that we are in the same class just two hours a week, so it is difficult to speak with her. Actually, I have never spoken to her. Last friday, I saw her before going into the university and I said "good morning" to her. She smiled and said "hi".

I want to speak to her, but she is always with her friends and I do not know them. What can I do? I would like to do something this week, because next week is Easter and I will not see her.

Try to sit next to their group, and if the teacher says something that is funny or that you can make a comment on, do it. Make the comment and then don't look around if anyone responds, you can have a self amused smile on your face, if they respond, make a small chat and get back to work, and if they keep it going good. If not just let the comment die in the air, but don't make the comment too loud. I wouldn't ask her out around friends tho.
