Advice Requested for Co-Worker Fling

I'm interested to see if anyone can recommend a way to ask a co-worker out.

There's a couple of considerations I want to relay. We've been working together for a few weeks, and we've flirted heavily.

She's living with a boyfriend, so getting her out in the evening may be less likely than meeting up in the morning. Our shift together generally doesn't begin until the early afternoon.

I am looking for advice on how to smoothly invite her out with me during the morning before work. I'm thinking that I should only ask her out when she and I are alone, so she's not thinking about us being overheard and looked over. Those moments haven't happened often, and now's the time for action.

I could just say we should hang out sometime. She's into cardio, acting, travel and culture. I think it'd be best to get her back to my place on the "first date". Maybe I should ask her out for mimosas. Maybe it'd be best to meet up and have an excuse to hang out at my place.

If she says yes to hanging out, I'll get her number then. Hell I already have her number, from being in group texts from our supervisor, but I haven't contacted her by text, since she didn't give me her number.

When we're alone, it can sometimes be for a minute or two at most, so being blunt may be rather necessary.

Field test bruh, not sure what levels you have clear, but maybe.. .Hook up with her at the gym #Isolation/venue change.

Awkward charming a co worker sometimes, especially when one or both are committed to another relationship.
