Yeah, natural.

I tried clen for some time but it didn’t seem to have any significant effect on me.
Never had anything injected.
Cool
That means I need to increase exercise volume.
Probably. Or increase the stimuli.
Do I focus on time under tension or just perfect movement?
Focus on stability first.
Example, most people have underdeveloped chests.
Why?
Because their movement is all Over the place.
Now if you try to first glue your butt to the bench, then plant both feet on the ground, then hold Your upper back against the base, you end up with a solid base to push with your chest, and your chest only.
Ver unconfortable for sure, but once you get the hang of it, man, your chest will hurt for seven days after 2-3 exercises.
Ok, I’m going to look into that.

Thanks, @POB.
No problem :)

Drives me crazy how jerky everyone in the gym is! Sure there's a place for rapid reps (with manageable weight), but the baseline needs to be controlled, focused movements. I even have noticed the seemingly advanced guys have terrible form with jerkiness, makes you wonder how they got so veiny (jk, it's drugs). Two days ago, there was this dude doing horrendous, jerky, tiny ROM dumbbell "rows" with a 120 and he looked so smug, meanwhile yesterday, I was DYING from controlled rows with 35lbs (massive contraction at the base of the lat). Yes, I am the bigger one (despite him being like 8 inches taller)

I've given up moving giant weights in favor of increasingly perfect form and increasing time under tension. Leg stuff is the only place I obliterate others on weights, but even then, I don't squat at all, so do my numbers really count? /s
