These are the best teeth whitening products I am aware of. I’ve been really into teeth whitening for a while, and tried many products.

My teeth look unnaturally white and I get compliments on it often.

These are the best ones you can buy without a prescription.

I don’t like trays so I never researched those. That does not mean there are no good trays for teeth whitening products

These have the highest bleach content than anything else I’ve found.

These are the 3 best ones l've personally found, they have the highest bleach content and you can buy them without going to a dentist.

I still strongly recommend doing in office teeth whitening at least once a year.

1. Crest Whitestrips Supreme.

Amazon Link: 20 pack on amazon

I used this one for years, but I believe the next one is slightly better.

2. One Hour Express Whitening Strips.

Walmart Link: Package of only the one hour express.

From CostCo. When you buy their teeth whitening there's 2 boxes, the strong express whitening "one hour express"? and a weaker one. I give away the weaker one and only use the express one.

3. Go Teeth Whitening

Amazon Link: 10 Pack

This last one has a high bleach content and the results are okay, not my favorite, and also quite expensive.

15% hydrogen peroxide.

Heard of these but never tried them. I've done Philips Zoom whitening in clinic, which works well but makes your teeth sensitive for several days (and I hear it's not good for your teeth in the long term).

How often do you need to use these strips for noticable results?

Definitely combine in office whitening with at home whitening to maximize results.

I can’t really answer that because it depends on your teeth and how well they absorb the chemicals and how white (or stained) they currently are.

If you haven’t used any teeth whitening in 6 months then 10 treatments should be enough to see a visible difference in shade.

I am aiming for Hollywood white so an unnatural whiteness.

The in office doesn’t even make my teeth sensitive anymore, although they used to, those sharp pains are called zingers. That happens randomly for a day or two after doing in office whitening.

Yes, it wears out your enamel or something, but I’ve never heard of someone having damage on their teeth due to it.

I use it more than is recommended and have never had damage. I leave it in longer than instructions say, and don’t cycle so I will continue even after it says only do for 10-30 days.

My teeth may be healthier than other peoples genetically so my baseline might be more durable.

I plan to get full veneers so I don’t have to compulsively whiten.
