FR Brutal night game

Yesterday I was in a student club with 80% guys and 20% girls. Anyway, here are some of the interesting sets:-

1. Hot girl in the dance floor. I try to do the spin dance with her but she doesn't wanna. I completely ignore it and start talking to her. She is really receptive and we talk a little. Then some guy forcefully comes and takes her away from me. I thought he is her boyfriend so I don't go after her. However, I was too much in the zone and thought to myself "what if I approach her again?" just to piss off the guy. So I go again and she is receptive to me, the guy tries to intervene and tell me to go or something and I say with a smile "what happened, bro?" then the girl gets angry at the guy for being rude to me and the guy shuts up lol. Anyway, she tells me he is just a friend. I try to isolate her but she didn't come with me so I eject.

2. One of the hottest girls in the club. Everyone was trying on her (lets call her Julia). This one guy (lets call him Alex) was completely hugging her and shit. Well much to his dismay, I knew Julia. So I go to Julia while he is dancing and tell her "hi" with a smile and she hugs me. Anyway, after seeing this, Alex tries to isolate her from me by changing location in the dance floor. I go where he is at. One new guy (lets call him David) joins in and now it is a battle between us three to get Julia. I show my hand to Julia and she starts dancing with me and then I let her go. After that, she dances with Alex and David too. David however has lots of friends and isolates her to a new location of the dance floor. I follow them and show my hand to Julia again, she doesn't take it this time. Well, I just remain unreactive and leave. After some time, David then tries to take Julia away from the dance floor to outside. Anyway, I again approach Julia and start talking, she replies to me while being receptive. However, David is pissed and tries to talk to me but my full attention is on Julia. When he realizes he can't do shit because Julia is invested in talking to me, he forcefully takes her away. Soon after, I see Alex try to be aggressive to a girl in a dance floor, and she shuts him down hard. So anyway, I get an idea to merge sets as an excuse to talk to Julia again so David can't escalate on her outside. So I find some random girl (lets call her Karla) who is alone, it turns out she is the classmate of Julia. So I ask her to come with me as I try to introduce her to Julia. However, I couldn't do it because she was too slow to catch up and David takes Julia outside. Anyway, then I start talking to Karla as we go outside. When Julia notices that I am talking to Karla, she leaves David and his friends (she was outside talking to them) and starts talking to me. Now both of them are talking to me. We talk for some time and Julia starts hugging me. However, after some time she leaves with the four guys. Now I dunno if David banged her or not.

3. So with Karla, I start talking to her. I constantly talk and talk and talk. She says she needs to go with Julia and the other four guys but as I constantly talk to her, she becomes more invested in me and doesn't go with them. We start talking. However, Alex comes and starts to make some comments to me to disrupt my conversation. I remain unreactive and keep talking to Karla. Karla pays full attention to me (Alex doesn't leave tho). However, one of Karla's friends (lets call her Emma) takes her away from me. So anyway, I then go inside the club for a while and then decide to leave. As I leave for my home, I see Alex and Karla talking while Emma is talking to some other guy. I tell bye to Alex and Karla and go for a walk. After several minutes of walk, I see Alex didn't get Karla.

Just a couple of things, I don’t think of myself as anywhere near advanced, or even intermediate at club game, but 80% men and 20% woman ratio(if true) sounds like an absolutely horrendous ratio to pick up girls in.

Think of how much of a shitshow tinder is for most men, and those ratios are better than what you are describing.

Find a better venue, or if you have to choose this venue with this ratio, I suggest reading articles on how to defend against male competition, because it seems like most guys were going for the same few girls(understandably).

Also girls there will be more aloof, just because of that horrendous ratio.

I feel like this situation will make girls really stuck up. I also need to work on approaching mixed sets as this kind of situation I have no idea how to deal with.

If a confrontation occurs, do you back down? I also find it tricky if you are trying to be social and then get into a confrontation it will change your expression and mood which will take a few approaches to recover from.

In nightgame, I usually approach female sets only. A couple of times I have tried mixed sets but I can't see it as high probability if they are with lads they already know, how a solo nightgamer is supposed to make a good enough impression to get them interested.

I've gone on a bit of a tangent here as I don't think you were specifically approaching mixed sets of people who know eachother, it sounds like most people in that club didn't know each other.
