I’m away from home for a wedding this weekend. Staying a week with just to visit friends and ran into a girl I’ve had a crush on for a while. When we met previously she was dating aanother guy and I never pursued it. Now she’s single and we hit it off right away.
I went home with her last night. Had about 3 IPAs. We went to bed and after some foreplay I couldn’t get it up. This has never happened to me before even when I’ve had way more drinks. She’s a complete babe and I’m super attracted to her. She was really cool about it and still wants to hang out tonight.
when I get home I’m probably gonna go to a doc to get some bloodwork. I’m 27, in great shape, I don’t really think 3 beers should be that much of a problem. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations in the short term to help me perform tonight. Obviously prescription pills on short notice aren’t gonna help. Maybe eat some eggs? Or find some sort of natural supplement? Horny goat weed or something like that
Also I’ve been counting macros recently, bulked up and now I’m trimming off the fat. Still would say I’m at most 20% body fat right now though. Maybe my calorie deficit could be causing some issues?
