Catching Up & Initiating Plans

So I texted a girl asking if she wanted to go to a college basketball game that was Monday night. She worked a little too late and it would have been a rush to get to the game so I chalked that up as OK. I texted her the next day with moderate small-talk that went back and forth for a few but didn't get too wordy. I want to initiate plans to meet out over the weekend or ask to take her out.

Should I be more forward and call her in the evening tonight or tomorrow and try to make plans? Should I drop her a text offering to meet her out over the weekend for a drink? She's a really attractive girl so I naturally would have no problem taking her out on a date or playing it cool and casually meeting her out with other people over the weekend. Suggestions anyone?

3 most important things that I've learned from GC for this situation:

• Move fast
• Do not do a "group date" (i.e., meeting her out with other people)
• Do not already set a day/time; ask for her schedule

Really get used to doing the Big 3.

If you're good at phone conversations or conversations in general, then go ahead and call her. Initiate with normal banter. Really use your "bedroom" or "sexy" voice; for me, I try to make this a little deeper and slower with almost a "curve" at the end. Ask for her schedule after initial banter (not at end of conversation when things are dying down and wrapping up). Ask for a date. If you know that you have a great voice (girls have told you this), then leave a voicemail if she doesn't answer, but do not ask a girl out over voicemail IMO.

Else, with texting, do a similar approach, but through texting. Initiate with something interesting or related to your last conversation. Ask her what she's got planned this week and when she's free. Ask for the date.

If you don't think she'll agree to a date, ask her to hang out, but make sure you 2 are alone. But come on... you are fucking jmp_design. Honestly, what girl would say no to you?
