Cloud not pass the shit test during SMS exchange

Hi,
I approached this girl during the day, really on point, very decisive one; how I want them to be. Texted her the next day until she locked me:

Me: Hi X. Because I liked how decisive you are and with "strong roots", I wanted to see how is you time today or tomorrow (but not both of the days, please) to go out for a coffee. Signed my name.
Her: I do not choose any one of this days if you are so stingy with the time. Have a nice day.
I knew this was a shit test so I continued, but not very good:
Me: I don't believe you wanted both days. I have to have grounds until I see you deserve more time near me. Tonight at 8?
Her: Cant' do it today or tomorrow I'm at courses. I say you should spend your time with who deserves because it goes way faster.

After this I did not know what to responds since I was stuck. It is my first one in years that has a game so good.

What could I do better?

Simply put, you were rude to her. Never be rude to a girl without reason, especially over text.

If you must say "but not both of the days, please" at least put a smile so she knows you are joking.

Another thing it's better to have the girl propose a day, such as "what's your schedule like next few days?" saves you from chasing her trough her schedule. If you must specify the dates because you don't have time any other day, go with something like "let's grab a drink, what'd you say? I'm free today or tomorrow"

It was not my intention to be rude, I wanted a little fun over the text and change it a little bit. It is my first time that I used "but not both of the days, please" line in my text to girls, but never realized it until now the impact it has on her.
Good to know, I'll go the old way which always worked.

Agree with mrre here.

Keep in mind, texting is a fairly neutral medium so communicating emotions is tricky and the only thing that matters is "How is she going to read this?" Doesn't matter if you intend to be funny, what matters is how she reacts when she reads your text.

Best thing to do is write a text, set is aside for a short while and then come back to it and re-read it to see how what your own reaction is.

Adi, am I correct in assuming these SMS occured in a language that was not english? That can make it tricky to advise on, because so much of texting is your word choice, and word choice doesn't always translate very well.

Yep, it was in another language, Romanian actually
Well...you have to mess it up in order to get better. I'm OK with the idea that I lost her, but I learned something valuable.
