What are the pros and cons of doing this?

Offhand, it seems like

-> this followup to the invitation"it's freezing here / it's too loud here. let's go listen to some music and chill" , I'm not so sure. It is the more bullshit reason, which gives me some pause, but it might give a pretense

Is it better if you have a more concrete or specific activity planned than relax and listen to music? Or is that generally fine?

Ultimately she will go with you if she is comfortable with you or feels safe. There are other factors which play into her decision making.. I am just pointing out that sometimes it can matter that you tell her it's cold. Other than that, it is always better to include anything that will give her some sort of an excuse socially.
I used draw a lot with a pencil. At the end it were mostly girls. I have some pictures and sometimes I use that to bring girls home, that I could show her more. I kept almost everything I ever drew so I can use that as a "progress" talk if she says she cannot draw. This is like the only thing I have that is personal to me. "Watch the movie" is just "let's have sex" nowadays. So I would say yes, include it. But be mindful there are other factors... girls can go home with you even without you providing some special reason
