oh i thought you were meeting your girls online, my bad... I would find a way to drop the partners, and go solo... having biz partners never worked for me...

No worries @Skills . Most of the girls I talked to during quarantine were chosen from the hundreds of phone numbers I already had in my phone a long time ago. There was 1 girl from Facebook who contacted me first and gave me her number, she dropped off as well.

I was solo from August 2017 when I officially launched my company to December 2019. I struggled with the whole getting clients thing simply because my job was 8 am - 5 pm and that was also the time of day my clients were at work to take calls/reply to emails e.t.c. for me to officially close the deals.

I am very good at creating the products and services, I just did not have a large enough client to sell to. Most of my business was built between the hours of 5 am - 6 am and then in the evenings from 7 pm - 11:45 pm. I made the big mistake of focusing too heavily on my products and services and not enough time focusing on how I was going to actually find the time to even sell it to people.

So this issue is what lead me to decide to bring on business partners also in the same industry who had time to get clients, they also happened to not be as experienced as myself in building the products and services. Think of an example scenario: guy builds a Ferrari, while it looks great and is fast, if no one knows this guy built a Ferrari, then what's the point? (That's exactly the issue I am working on fixing).

I find myself having to tell my business partners what to do and have to check up on them to see what they are doing. So yeah it's a pain in the ass. If I had hired persons, I could tell them what to do or else fire them if they did not want to do the job. Business partners, I don't really have any leverage over them. They can come and go as they like if they wanted.

P.s. There are some pros to working with my business partners, they are fundamentally good people and cool to talk to. So by no means am I trash-talking the people I work with. I just wanted to put that out there to make sure my post does not seem like a bad talk, I'm just highlighting the facts.

I may have to find a different job or do something else, I will figure something out, hopefully soon.

Anyways, this is Girls Chase, where we mainly talk about seduction so I will try to keep the conversation and also my own post on track here and not go too deep into business conversation lol. I just thought to share the above information for some context of my situation and ultimately it will be 100% on me to figure this out by taking myself back to the business forums and my business mentors and asking them for the best recommendation.

I can totally understand why you @Skills said your previous biz partners did not work. Yeah it can be a real pain to deal with sometimes. Again thanks for the tips
