The best results I Ve had with losing fat and putting some muscles, basically some reshaping of my body was using CBL diet.

I think people don t focus enough having fats as primary source of fuel.

Yeah it changes from person to person, I did what you hate doing (counting calories, restrictive diet), and it did suck, although it worked and was most time efficient. Went from 220 to 170s 5 or 6 years ago in a few months at 6’2. 22%bf to 10%.

What played the biggest role for me was how active I was. if you’re gonna be relaxed about your diet then you’d better make sure you’re hitting the gym hard and consistently. High intensity cardio if you hate long sessions (I do).

Otherwise your body will work to get you back to your set weight.

Save your diet type meals for days where you’re more sedentary, or skipping the gym. I fasted from 8-12pm because I don’t really get hungry in the morning (still don’t), helped to keep my calories down and takes way less discipline.

Took a while to figure out but once I did,

pretty much ate what I wanted, and felt less compelled to pig out because you aren’t restricting yourself so much.

Appetite hasn’t really changed since those days, so it’s been pretty sustainable. But again, you have to hit the gym.

personally though for myself I’d consider it a bit chubby, the legs and thighs are bulky in my view.
It’s because of their proportions

Btw general remark: beauty ideals change across the generations and that’s just how it is. Biological predispositions don’t really change much. But it’s all culturally mediated. Although, at least some dudes (myself included) might express overlapping or even different aesthetic vs. personal preferences.

Wow those women are sexy as hell, personally though for myself I’d consider it a bit chubby, the legs and thighs are bulky in my view.
I guess this is cultural.
Over here she is considered "in shape".
It’s weird lol like I told @Surveyor i can recognize those women are hot while not wanting that level of thickness in myself.
She is a bit on the thicker side on the legs, but that's it.
Look at the abs, arms, back and shoulder (very lean, not overly muscular).
Heck I’m four inches taller and around that same weight if not a bit lower lol. Do you think most men would consider that body shape you posted chubby like I do or lean?
Ask the other guys lol.
Speaking for myself, I consider it hot and in shape.

e.g. My ex is 5'7" and 137.
She is very lean, but extremely hot (big boobs, big round ass, very nice defined legs).

Personally, I think weight doesn't matter, as long as she has proportions and is not chubby or too thin.
(meaning, not too much BF or localized fat, but has muscles and some definition).

I can only speak for myself .... I find them really lean but it's due to my personal preferences .

Yeah, its clear to me that there's a multitude of different opinions regarding what body shape is considered most attractive. At this point, I think I'm gonna go for health over aesthetics and moderately cut 250 calories off from my diet instead of the severe deficit I usually follow.

Thanks for your help and insight everyone!
