Mossity here, it's been a whIle since my last post. Lately I have been trying to be more social in my classes but every time I try to I freeze up and end up not saying anything fearing I will get rejected socially and the class will laugh at me. What is the reason for this?

Maybe saying just one sentence?
"Can I borrow your pen?"
"Done the homework?"
"How're you doing?"
"What event is this? Looks fun."
"I like your eyes"
One sentence is better than no sentence. Should be easy enough.

While asking to borrow a pen isn't the best thing to say, it is better than nothing. By saying nothing you aren't even trying which makes you a failure. If you get rejected it's not a big deal really. It's easy for other guys to laugh at you but you're the one stepping out of your comfort zone while they go home and watch porn. You're trying to self improve. Fuck anyone who laughs at you for that.

Start with gradual, small, low consequence steps. Even a "Hello" and smile to a woman you don't know can feel anxiety provoking even though its harmless. But if you do it something like that over and over again, it becomes easier, then you'll be able to move onto the next step...
