This is a nice boost for thrusting power and control when on a bed. It's important the comforter isn't too fluffy, because that would give you a poor hold. Position yourself so your feet can hook the edge of the bed and have your knees go wide and bend into the bed (think Jui jitsu mount). The antogonism between the hooked feet pulling back and knees "forward" letting you push forward allow for much better thrusts and retractions (which are also important). Enjoy!
