No you don't need elite level management, just address her concerns, and not put pressure on her, and even friendzone yourself, they will come around... Also you can only control what you can control... biggest mistake i see is guys worried that they will come across boyfriend too much, and they fuck it up..

The reason I said "elite level" is it feels a bit to me when a girl get sick like this immidately after the first hook up like you're walking a tightrope between, on one side, not being affectionate enough and triggering buyer's remorse, or on the other side, being too affectionate, telling her you'll bring her soup etc, and triggering "I fuck this guy once and now he wants to marry me???" on the other.
