I have to be more consistent. Not get in my head. Make it happen. Tonight with Rose -I wasn't really getting the warmest vibe from her, but it wasn't unfriendly either. She responded to me. I just didn't think she would leave so quickly, but thinking back she was just siting there not talking to any of us. I could have chatted her up. I worry about seeming like I'm swooping in which I guess I am, but that's ok(?) Anyway, just move faster. Could have asked about what time her morning starts. Next time
