This was after many attempts to call me + me telling her that I wasn't going to talk to her. She kept asking to at least set a date to talk, I said I wouldn't do that atm. Then she told me that, I still declined to call, she started getting more emotional, and I finally told her I'd tell her the truth if she promised to really hear me out. Which she did.
