Girl flaked, need a quick tip

So i read the article on what to do if a girl flakes.
What happened: Friday i ask this girl i hadent taked in a while to go out, she says yes, that shes free Sunday night. Cool, i propose going out to eat, and she wanted to play a fighting game after that at my house after dinner, so we agreed that id pick her up at her house around 10, go to eat at 10:30 then head to my place. Reason for the late hour is because she told me she was going to a food fair during the day.
Anyway, around 5 i simply send a text via Wats up telling her to tell me when i should go pick her up (since she hadent given me her direccion yet), she said she will. At 9 i text her to ask her where shes at, but she did was last seen at 7:50, and she does not see my text. i send her one more text at 9:50, then call her at 10:10 via Wats up, still no responce, she was just last seen at 7:50.
Its only at 11:40 that she finally re appears both in facebook and Wats up, seing the text, but she did not respond. I did not send her anymore texts.

Should i wait for her to respond? Or text her in a few days?

Agreed. Dont take it to heart. Happens all the time!
First thing you HAVE to do is mentally cross her out. Accept that most probably, you lost her.
Only after that, you can still talk to her after a few days, if you feel she's worth it.
By that time, she will either not reply again (forget about her for good) or if she does reply, she'll probably apologize for not telling you that something came up and she had to cancel: if that happens be like "it's fine, but i would've preferred if you'd tell me beforehand next time something unexpected pops up
