So there is this girl that lives in the same building as me.


I know the flat she lives in, cause I saw her getting in.

But we havent talked or anything, we have merely gazed each other.


How could I make the most of this ?

I'd guess you can start by talking to her. Something like:

-Hello there!
-I think we haven't met before. I'm [name].
-You live in the flats upstairs don't you?
-Cool it's nice to meet a neighbor. How do you like living here?

Or something along those line, basically you introduce yourself as the sexy neighbor.

This is why you introduce yourself right off...Just being friendly...

Might host a little get together with friends. Invite her and a couple other neighbors for watching the football game or New Years. Knock on her door, introduce yourself, and invite her in person.
