Got a date with a girl....No idea how to proceed after!

Hey Guys! I have a date with a girl tomorrow that I randomly met while eating in the dining hall of my university. I asked her to go out for coffee about 5 days ago right after I finished eating with her. At first, she wanted to schedule it two weeks from then as she works two jobs and says she is busy but I got her to schedule it tomorrow. I am really trying to use this opportunity to be more familiar with deep diving and screen/quals I have been working on. I have a couple of questions for you guys, wondering if you could give me a response!

Should I keep the coffee meet to within 20-30 mins or shorter? I dont want to overstay and seem too predictable

Also, should I coordinate a meeting with her next time during our coffee meet or text her later after we leave? I am just a bit worried if I dont do it then, she might lose interest altogether later and that it might be harder to do so when she is no longer around me.

Basically, I am not really sure what her interest level is right now but I do think she is rather interested. I intend on screen/quals, deep diving, etc and hope to see where it goes, but have no idea how to get another date set up or how I should even go past the first date. Any help would be awesomely appreciated! Thanks guys!

Wait for a high point in the conversation, maybe when you were both laughing at something, and just say something like 'I'm having fun, we should meet up again'. Don't worry about timeframes in terms of minutes. If you feel like spending time with her isn't advancing your cause, you have two options: try another tactic, or retreat to attack another day (like an army general, yo.) So just use your judgement in the moment!
