Hey guys! RuralJuror here!

What are your guys thoughts on grocery store pickup or opening, if you actually work at that store? Cause I'm sure opening in the grocery if you do not work there is different as opposed to working there and opening. I work at a grocery store and sometimes I'm there for long hours and there are many beautiful women there. Older and younger ( my age). But I usually just wait until they "open" me, by asking me where something is etc. and I don't move it any further, regretting it. So I'm basically asking , do you guys have any tips on how to open? You know, what you would say, handle rejection... things of that nature. I would love to hear your feedback!

Thanks, RuralJuror

This is your job, so you should go indirect. Something situational, like (I used it sometimes ago at the grocery store):
A girl was looking at 2 brands of dinner. I lightly tapped on her arm, then I said: "They're the same anyways."

Then you watch the girl's reaction. If the answer is long, like "Um ... I'm vegan, so I just make sure it doesn't have meat in the ingredients," then she's interested. Continue the reaction.
If the answer is short, like "Yeah," then she isn't interested. You can say, "Okay, just asking," and move on.

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

Yes, like CuriosityKillsTheCat said, go indirect.

Test the waters. If a girl asks you a question when you're working somewhere or doing something formal. She may very well be in need of assistance and not be flirting, or she could have the perfect excuse to talk to you. How do you know? Flirt with her. Up your fundamentals, and after answering her question, ask her something related but a bit more flirty (e.g. after she asks you tell her where the XYZ is, you could say "interesting choice for dinner ;)" or just anything contextually related, and if she smiles and goes away or just says thanks and looks at you weird then she wasn't interested, but if she starts talking about how it's her turn to cook for her roommates blabla, you know she's interested, or really flirty, so flirt more and number close)
