It takes more time? Can you give me some guide so I can start now?
Well, you say you wanted to maxxx fashion…

What are you really looking for?

If you say maxxxing, I take that as you want to masterfully craft your appearance, be on the latest trends, speak/understand fashion culture and buy a full wardrobe of trendy fashionable clothes.

Or perhaps you only want to have 1-2 outfits for going out that make you look cool.

Just understand that there is a world of difference between “I’m paying someone to give me one cool outfit” to “I have mastered fashion”.

I don’t think anyone can “master” fashion in less than 5 years.

————

Now, if you really want to deep your feet in fashion, the first thing you need to understand is that essentially, fashion is more akin to talking a whole language… only this one is talked visually, not orally.

First, you need to understand the basic rules (akin to grammar).
You can search for color combinations, contrast, saturation, how it fits with your skin tone, balance and patterns.
And then fit (how does a good fitted cloth looks like, what is too big? what is too small? what is too long?)

Then you need to extend your vocabulary.
In this case is understanding the types and variations of clothes that are available to you, these would begin filling your toolbox.
Loafers, boots, sandals, coats, undershirts, pleated, overcoats, bomber jackets, chukkas, polos, sweatshirts, ties, bowties, shorts, watches, necklaces, bracelets…

Then you have the social context… what does each of these items (and its variations) communicate?
What associations do they have?
And inherently, when and where each of your clothes is acceptable or unacceptable?
Is it OK to wear baby blue pleated cotton shorts to an afternoon afterwork meeting?
How will you be perceived? What associations does the item carry?
Are they positive or negative associations given the context?
For example, wearing a cowboy hat in a bar in New York will bring bad attention… why?
Wearing a t-shirt with video game character in a date with a posh girl will hurt you… why?
This one needs a lot of trial, error and conversations to understand your own particular social context.

Here is when you start getting ocassional compliments and people tell you you know your shit.
But this is just the start.

Then when you are at this point (or before if your bold), you can start experimenting with taste.
What if I wear this item in a different way (shirt wide open for example)? What reactions do I get? What associations I am giving myself by doing it?
Are they positive? Negative?
Can I handle the heat?
Can I combine two items that usually don’t go together (like a suit and a T-shirt)? What reaction will I get if I do?

Then there the next level which is trend… are you going to stay comfortable with mostly “always relevant” kind of clothes?
Or are you going to spend more money and time to be fashionable with the trendy clothes?
Or are you going to invest in avante-gard designer clothes?
Or are you going to try to set trends?

Only at this stage is when you get posh women flabbergasted that you actually know your shirt better than they do.
And we are still not mastering this shit yet!!

Then there’s a level where you are cultured about fashion brands and start weaving appreciation for clothes because of their brand/heritage and values.
You appreciate the history and significance of clothes themselves.
You start appreciating fashion shows.

And then probably are even more levels that I have no idea because I am in no way a master of this stuff.

So yeah… saying that you can maxxx fashion in two days is akin to saying you can learn Spanish in an 8-hour flight.

I still do not see the skill in playing only greens off AI's or being approached, especially if you then have zero skill to approach a shy studious girl in med school who thinks you dress like a teenager.
Are you saying shy girls are physically Incapable of showing signs of interest?

Does after going to med school all of a sudden prevent girls from being able to show signs of interest?

Like what are you saying here?

Playing green light game isn’t like gaming ugly girls as Karea claims. If anything that’s projecting.

You play green light game AFTER you do the upfront game. Not before.

This changes which girls will throw you IOIs, as @Atlas IV recently got a taste of.

relying on approach invitations, and on girls liking you from the get go, is playing green-light girls. This isn't game in my book. It's freebies. It's like going to Asia, or gaming ugly girls, a downhill battle. There's not much skill required. Just handle logistics, be cool and gradually escalate and, done [...] yellow lights. That's where the GAME is actually played. Man if she likes you from the open, it's easy

I do not agree with that quote at all

Saying the GAME is actually played in yellows is very misleading and lacks nuance

Let me give you an example

Why is it that whenever apple launches a new I-phone you get lines of people waiting just to buy the same exact thing they already have

Yet Google, Samsung and other tech brands do not get this same level of loyalty?

It's because of POSTIONING

Apple products are not technically much better than other brands. Most people don't even know about the specs nor do they really care

But Apple is perceived sexier and cooler than other brands hence their success

Apples is simply viewed as higher status, all because they put way more effort into their positioning in the market

It's why women will make fun of you if your texts are green (because you subcomm you not cool on a social level)

IMO someone that talks only about yellows being where the game is played is just telling you most of the girls he gets are yellow

He is too focused on raising his status through sales

They are projecting their reality unto you, just to make themselves feel better about their approach

Why a man would not want to optimize so that women like them immediately on the open frankly sounds dumb to me

It still takes GAME and social awareness to know how to

1. Optimize your look to attract more girls you find attractive
2. Optimize the locations you game to find more of these girls
3. Optimize your language so you speak like these girls (and hence are familiar)
4. Know how to actually close these girls (attraction is not enough)

My point is, you can work hard on the front end to make your back end easy. Or you could work hard on your back end but struggle to generate enough qualified leads

Either method will get you laid

But real question is why not focus on both?

GAME = MARKETING + SALES

Marketing = Attraction

Sales = Closing

Anyone that has worked in sales will tell you. It's way easier to close a prospect that has been warmed up by the marketing team. It's way easier to get them to pay more when the perceived value of the product was already high before they even booked a sales appointment

So think about it. . . if you can gain more upfront attraction by just dressing better to appeal to your market (not what you think looks cool) , being healthier and putting yourself in the right locations

Why wouldn't you do it?

Why would you be more obsessed about saying the right things to generate attraction when it can also be generated without having to say a word?

But for some reason I notice some members in this forum focus heavily on the sales aspect and not enough on marketing. As if marketing is so easy

Well let me ask you this then

If marketing is so easy why is it some seducers here consistently get girls opening them and showing blatant interest upfront while others struggle to get the same amount of interest?

If it's so easy why isn't that happening more often to you?

I think we all know the answer and sometimes people tend to get attached to whateva style of sales and marketing they use to get results and downplay others

My point is if you want to make the GAME easier you should be thinking more about optimizing BOTH your upfront & backend game

Any guy that says one is more important than the other is missing the forest from the trees

As i said in the interview the community is about focusing on the game aspect which is how to get laid despite not being rich, or ripped, or ________

Every teacher teach to fix fundamentals, but is common sense advice and gets redundant, is mostly not practical....

^ people take this "why are you so anti look maxing and style maxing" to people trying to teach actual practical advice which i consider a form of posturing (and is ok i used to do the same so i get it, destroyed a forum like this in part), there are just so many posts you can make about look and style maxing, and other people better at those topics that people that teach and master behavioral and social dynamics...(actually my posts on style and look maxing are more practical that guys that are actually more looked max and style max) so i know what i am talking about...

^ same topic since i join the community and same outrage every couple of months.... yawn!

No everyone that built phones design and sales apples phones, they need to find ways to sell the samsung and the pixxel, and they still sell...

no all the girls at the club will be green, actually there are barely any greens out there now a days, you will deal mainly with yellowish, even if you look max and style max....

This topics is soo boring...

in before spike and kj francis repeat themselves in every other post for the 100th time....
