I unintentionally led a girl on

Hey guys, so this may be a very silly question and also different for each of you... but I was just curious, how do you guys decide who to go on a date with and what do you do when you're not completely convinced about the girl but she already invested in you?

This is why I was wondering...

I went out today to several bars. Almost at the end of the night I complimented a girl about her hair, she responded very warmly and so we talked for a while. She and I were sober.

I felt there was sexual tension building so I asked for her number. She was investing and qualifying herself in the conversation... She also paid my drink without me asking her to... then she left on a good note.

Now, she was definitely friendly and seemed like an interesting girl, dark skin and pretty face but... she was overweight. Not obese but definitely with extra weight (and I'm a bit on the skinny side).

This got me thinking... what do you guys do when you're not sexually interested in a girl?

You never contact the girl even if she invested in you and really liked you?
You go on a date with the girl but you don't invite her home?
Do you try to sleep with the girl for whole reference points, despite not finding her sexy?

Personally I would opt for the date because I wouldn't like to punish her nice behavior toward me (and maybe I'm too nice).
But I'm curious about you guys, what do you do when you unintentionally lead a girl on?

I usually try to sleep with her to make reference points but to also see if I can create that sexual interest. Like imagining her naked, her scent, pussy, etc. I would also try to uncover her sexual side to see if it clicks with mines. I'd even just run the process and see where it goes and if all that fails and I just don't feel it i imagine fucking another girl. And that has only happened twice lol, just to see if i could actually do it.

I would try to sleep with her to gain experience. That said, it isn't always possible.
Just last week, there was a girl pretty much into me. Flirting, kissing, until I found out she was a transgender. I still tried to move forward with "her" for the sake of learning.
Until "she" led my hand to her crotch. Holy shit. There was a penis there.
At that point I gave up.
