I'm moving out to uni in the fall as well! Super excited to get away from the parents for a while!
Like you, I'm into psychology and plan to make a career out of helping people deal with their life problems. Of course, to do that, I'll need to take care of my own problems first!
Like Franco said, finding some hobbies or extracurricular activities would be good. I was actually thinking of volunteering for a suicide hotline this summer... an idea that I stole from a cute college girl
Ever thought of that? Just like any work or volunteering you could do that is related to helping / communicating with people.

Then like people are saying: time to focus on other aspects of your life. Maybe in helping others find THEIR dreams, you will then find YOUR dreams.
Take a lil breather, lay off the women for a bit (what I'm doing right now), then when you're feeling re-energized, hop right back in it!
