I'll make a complete guide specifically for seducers that want to come to Brazil.
(some of it is already written with the private msgs I've sent to the guys).
Also gonna make a section only for carnaval, with the best spots and what to avoid.

That said, Skills is right, there are some caveats if you are a foreign here.
Physical appearence counts a lot in this case: white skin, blond hair and blue/green eyes have a head start over brown skin, dark hair and darker eyes. Most women do not speak proper english. There are a lot of sex workers disguised as regular chicks on the prowl to suck the blood of foreigners. And much more.
