This cuts off at 2018, but we are now in 2025 and this is an annual survey. This image still gets circulated to support the "young men are having less and less sex than before" hypothesis, however it's cut off at the point that most supports this. Here is an updated version using more recent data from the same survey:

Obviously this no longer supports the "young men are having less sex" idea. I think many red pill-ers don't really care and just look for whatever supports their beliefs which was why I was surprised to see it in a GC article. Looking on the GSS website, I don't see results for 2023 and onward, though I didn't spend time searching for this.
The idea of young people having less sex makes sense with observations that young people are drinking less, partying less, waiting until later to start dating, getting driver's licesnse, etc. But doesn't seem to follow the data here.
