Mocking someone is childish behavior it is disrespectful to oneself and devalues you.
Hey newbie, my mother would love you!

Seriously though, context is key. Besides, you seem to be thinking of someone like Donald Draper, while I'm thinking more Patrick Jane. All depends on your personality.
That said I would have looked them in the eyes with the WTF look on my face and body language.
That would be one option. Albeit less fun!

I think more like Marcus Aurelius "The soul is dyed with the color of ones thoughts".

In a professional environment act professionally, if you want to call someone out do it privately not in front of everyone. I was dragged into leadership kicking and screaming started out with 5 and ended up at around 100 guys. I was responsible for their health and safety along with getting jobs done on time under budget in the most dangerous environments. Work is not fun it is to fund the lifestyle you want to live. Fun happens after work.

Maybe new here been reading the articles for a while just wanted unlimited access. I needed to do some learning from the very experienced guys like Gunwitch, Chase, and the rest of old ones (no offence guys).

If one is reasonably smart, and reaches a certain age, then I find that the only thing that these so called great philosophers can do for you, is tell you what you already know with fancy language.

Speak for yourself. I enjoy my work. 40-50 hours a week of no fun? followed by driving, shopping and preparing lunch, and a little bit left for fun. That's though! And if I might add... a terrible outlook also.

And don't forget to mention Zac Adam. He's an old one! And he uses lots of big words.
