My brain is not efficient

So I want to get money and get girls.
Fine and good. I get some money. I meet some girls.

Trouble is that my brain is fantasizing about:
- Video game (despite I got off it)
- The oneitis girl a year ago
Basically my brain cycles around those 2 things when I do nothing.

For example, when I go to bed. I met 10 girls earlier in the day. I remember little about the interactions.

This slows down my learning a lot. It’s like, 70% of my brain power is wasted, if I was thinking about ways to make more money and girls, I could have done a lot better.

See if I can fix this.

Recently in the singing class, I just focus on the technique RIGHT NOW, and it clears my mind.
