I try not to waste too much time on Netflix, Youtube, or anythings involving just watching a screen. However, I've returned to some older shows during breaks from my studying and now pick up on way more shit around seduction/attraction that is displayed on television series than before.
My two favorites:
Californication, with..
Hank Moody - the playful, charming, sexy, yet childish and depressed writer that wheels like a motherfucker. Hank would definitely be a Sigma-type alpha male.
The show itself is largely based on sex, love, and the roller coaster that is Hank Moody's life. There's tons of moments where he'll say that devilishly charming shit that get's him in a girls pants, great displays of fundamentals, shit tests, devil may care, and pacing. Overall a very entertaining show, too. Portrayals of many quality-spectrums of women.
Mad Men, with..
Donald Draper - the super masculine, reserved, powerful, mysterious, advertising executive with skeletons in his closet.
Roger Sterling - the powerful, charming, witty, and playful advertising executive (side character) who can be a total dick.
The show itself is a very well written day-in-the-life portrayal of lives of advertising executives during the 60's. Similarly, plenty of great displays of fundamentals, shit tests, devil may care, being stoic, knowing how to be a dick and when, and quality-spectrums of women. Both Don and Roger are more alpha than sigma type alpha males, but are also quite autonomous.
All three of those seducers are complete alcoholics, though, going through nearly every hour either buzzed or drunk. They have their shortcomings.
