Saturday night
The goal tonight is to meet between five to eight girls and get their numbers.
11:00 pm start.
So far.. got one. Asked her indirectly if her drink was good.
Self: I'm not here to drink. I'm here to meet chicks. Let's keep going.
Set a timer.
5 mins.
This changed things completely.
I saw a chick trying to call an Uber, and I went up to her and complimented her outfit twice. She just kind of nodded and ignored me.
2:27 left on the timer.
Done. Holy crap.
I set my timer again for five minutes, and walk back towards the bar.
There's these two chicks at the bar earlier.
I Was gonna open them. But ended up opening the girl next to them. She was alone.
Asked her what she was drinking blah blah. Got her name, Ashley.
I get it. My convo is boring and I eject after getting her name lol.
3 down. Five to go.
Timer set again.
I walk down to LKF where the younger crowd is. I see two girls behind me and I ask,
"Where are you guys going tonight?"
"Still looking"
"What are you top three choices?"
"CrossFit, it's the cheapest"
Pause. I see the CrossFit they're mentioning. At this point kinda having fun.
She asks, "So friend, what are you doing?", and she extends her hand to shake mines.
"Not much, just following you guys for a bit" ugh lol. It's all good.
I walked around a bit more ,checked out a bar and made a timer for twenty mins. I was gonna try and dance with a chick or smt there but honestly it was too crowded and I bailed.
Last approach
Went back to the bar where I met Ashley. I saw the two original chicks I wanted to chat up. Anyway,my timer was getting to like 30 seconds and I saw her sitting alone. So I went in and introduced myself. I told her my name and age and she didn't believe any of it. She tried to introduce me to her other friend, saying that her friend hasn't been laid in a long time. Honestly iunno how to handle it. But yeah, this girl talks a lot and plays a lot of things to her advantage it feels. She says things like, you should treat me dinner since I'm giving you such a big opportunity (with her friend). I guess being the nice guy I am, I try to get to know her friend.
They asked me if I want to go get drinks with another girl, so three girls in total. I was a little hesitant since it was getting late but I guess I decided to go with them.
Ended up having beers with them and they can drink.
Actually getting to know the girls is different than just approaching them. Firstly I got sloppy as I had too much to drink, and I guess I didn't have an objective. I was kind of just hanging out with them, and so there was no seduction vibe there. To be honest, I should have just went home since it was getting late anyway. I guess I got to know how these girls are like a little bit more, but I showed more of my hand in that way. Mostly that I'm still a newbie, and I couldn't handle her friend which hadn't been laid for awhile, and I couldn't handle the mind game that the talkative one was initiating.
The bad part was that they told me I should leave after awhile, while they continued drinking. I suppose I was getting too drunk and zoning out or something.
I left some money for them and finished my beer, and tried leaving as dignified as I could.
But yeah, overall a whole range of emotions. I know my game still sucks. But I kind of understand what it sorta is but not really.
This was something I struggled with for years. And all it took was a good damn timer to force me to react. Mostly got good reactions. But it also makes me miss my ex a lot currently. Maybe I'm just currently drunk and alone, but Im also kind of a nostalgic guy in general. Anyway, it's 5 am now. Holy fuck. I'll try to do some approaches tomorrow while I'm at the coffeeshops for study I guess.
