Pick up feels draining any ideas on how to fix?

Hey guys basically as the title suggested after flirting around and pulling the tricks that we all learn here it just leaves me feeling drained of energy. I've never really encountered this before until a week ago where I've been gaming this girl that seems to be immensely attracted to me yet besides flirting i have not made any moves so i plan to move on Monday if possible. But back to the topic after flirting around it gives a kind of nervous tired feeling...
So have you guys had similar experiences and do you know how to help?

Maybe you're thinking about pickup too logically? Are you in the moment when you are talking to a girl? For me, pick up is the only thing keeping me sane. If I didn't do it, I don't know how I'd be able to channel the sexual energy.

Also the way you said "gaming" seems interesting. My mindset isn't that I'm gaming the girl, it's that I like her, and I want to see if she likes me, and to keep going forward until I know the answer to that question.

It also could just be ego depletion, in which case, you just need to desensitize yourself to flirting, and the amount of willpower you need to exert in order to flirt will go down, which will reduce the amount of ego depletion you experience.

That's the thing I know that she likes me truth be told I only realised it last night but I suppose I'm stressing about how to close. Like I can't really get laid because I'm not old enough... But I suppose I'm been a bit nervous about asking her on a date, I chased after this girl for a year then I let go hit on some other chicks. And now I've started liking her again and she's basically throwing herself me with a bunch of indications that she likes me and is just waiting for my move. But I hesitate it seems I'm in the early stages of chasing again to be honest I'm afraid of fucking it up with this girl.

I feel like that too sometimes. I think its just that tou think about it too much, when you constantly think about something all of the time, it's drives you mad. I would say to chill out and find something else to consume your thoughts. I would also go to the gym.
