What is the best way to approach during street stops or mall game? I find this type of opening a little challenging for me to feel natural in since I usually do better at low energy venues like coffee shops and book stores but I would like to get good all around. How do you preopen in these senarios as well?

The other day I was in the toothpaste aisle of Target and remarked on how there were "too many choices" to an attractive young lady. It surprised her but she responded along that line of communication and I got eye contact right away.

You just gotta have something in common and at that moment it was freaking toothpaste.

Thanks man I appreciate the feedback. I agree and I will implement that with that now in mind. My question was more along the lines of body language during an approach with high energy such as a woman walking toward you at the mall. What is the best way to stop her? Wait until she passes and briskly walk behind her? Jump infront of her? Walk along with her? I have heard different things. Biggest thing for me though, how do you Preopen in that situation? Or do you?

Get eye contact early and stop. Give her that laser eye contact with plenty of time for her to stop and engage. Tough to do if she is already engaged in a conversation with someone she is walking with.

Perfect. Thank you. I know this works because I have managed to pull it off before. In fact, when I get this to happen it is the only time the approaches have gone smoothly.

Hi!

Going to piggy-back on this thread a little. Lots of solid advice, but there's one detail I'd like some clarification on.

When you "get eye contact early," do YOU make eye contact first to elicit her attention, or wait for her to look at you first? I ask because more often than not girls aren't making eye contact with me as we pass by (or I'm a dummy and don't notice).

Cheers,
Alex
