I just realized today that though I have been doing daygame for a while now, and even gotten some dates and a pull, every day I go out to approach is a huge mental battle and saps all the energy out of me and I am not able to do anything productive for the rest of the day.The predominant thought that keeps running through my head at the beginning of every session is "I hope I do not get an awkward rejection or get totally ignored by a girl". I am so absorbed by this thought that even when the girl hooks, I am not able to carry on an interesting conversation and go into boring chat.
In order to get rid of this I have decided to start a "Rejection Challenge". My goal is to get rejected at least 1 once every day for a week and then increase the intensity later to maybe 2-3 and 5 every session. I do not want to do crazy things just to get rejected but my goal is to use the regular openers I use in daygame which are generally light compliment openers which are modified to suit the particular girl. But my mindset is going to be one where I am completely open to and even looking for rejections. I am excited to try this out. Anyone wants to join me and then share their views after each session?
