I still hold my opinion, if I was op I would much rather focus on getting girls and supplement it with some articles as needed but an entire book on sex is an overkill imo

Good sex for women is an experience starting even before foreplay, and these books are written for women, detailing that experience.

I’d recommend the articles Chase wrote on the main site for sex tips.

But do not underestimate the power of sexual tension and warm up for women. I’ve had girls orgasm within moments after a proper warming up. Emotional and mental experience, as much as physical for women.

Edit: didn't realize I already mentioned erotic novels... I forgot the names of the ones I read, probably free ones that were included in my kindle unlimited subscription. Use your local library so you don't have to pay or use kindle samples to see if it's tolerable. Some of them aren't a bad read. Erotic novels are an underrated source. Men typically get too focused on the mechanics of sex, when what really makes a woman go wild is the experience, this includes sex but also things even before foreplay. Erotic novels show you that women are turned on by things like the way a man looks at her, his dominant demeanor, the way he treats her. Foreplay can and should be considered not just what is done in the bedroom but in conversation, on the date, who he is and how he relates to her.

That being said, for the "mechanics" of sex, I found a little hack that seems to work for me. I think it requires some self-awareness and being able to sense what she is feeling, but the hack is this: What feels good for me, feels good for her. I first found this out when I accidentally made my first girlfriend have an orgasm by stimulating her nipples. I loved her boobs and they felt so good in my hands, so I just caressed them in all sorts of tantalizing ways that felt good to me. Next thing I knew she was really really enjoying it. I've since used that rule of thumb to help guide me in the bedroom, and this includes doing things I learned from erotic novels. Things like creating a fun experience for her, like role playing and commanding her, or physically dominating her by restraining her hands and doing some BDSM-lite.

As for P-in-the-V, learning how to control your ejaculation can go a long way by being able to set a steady rhythm, and so can getting creative with positions (I also use that rule of thumb here, if I think of a position that seems fun, I just assume she will too). Rhythm is important, imagine you're a musician and play with the beat, but don't let the beat drop ungracefully.

And don't just focus on the P and V, you have hands, mouths, arms, and body heat, play with the elements here, become an artist. Back to that rule of thumb, create what you want to create, if you've properly set the dynamic, she will be happy to please you and that will please her. I think the interesting thing about that is a good lover will find pleasure in pleasuring their partner, so there is a sort of paradox going on.

Another looked over thing is your personal life. If you're crushing it, hitting all your goals, making bank, having fun, hitting the gym, getting good sleep, and taking good care of yourself, you're probably going to fuck like a champ too because you're just full of attractive, dominant, alive, fun energy. The experience for the girl is better overall because you're hitting the right notes throughout the interaction naturally. Blame it on vibes or high testosterone from winning, it adds up to a good experience and her following your lead with enthusiasm.

On the flip side, if you're slacking off and wacking off, feeling like shit, pitying yourself, and not taking care of priorities, you're also unlikely to be compelling in the bedroom.

The Sex God Method is actually a pretty good book which helped me back in the day. It connected the psychological aspects of good sex with the physical aspects, which was a gamechanger for me. I had a girlfriend at that time and I could put it all to practice, and now I don't have to consciously think about it.

One specific example I remember is to be aware of a girl's need for being dominated and feeling connected. So, say if you're fucking her from behind for a while and you sense she's feeling less connected, take one of her hands in yours and keep doing what you're doing. Simple stuff, but takes things up a notch.

Another book I remember is "Sex - Decoded and Explained" by Tom Anderson. It is kind of a cross between pickup, masculinity and a sex manual and also focuses on the psychological aspects. The pickup part is a bit lacking, only talking about leading and compliance, and is only about after you've got the girl on a date. But it has good stuff about polarity and how it relates to sex, female mentality, and how to directly and indirectly turn a girl on for sex.

I was unhappy with some of these replies, which seemed to discourage education. But I recognize this as to a degree just a haphazard prioritizing of gaining practical experience over theoretical knowledge.

The truth is, we need both in life and a person's temperament may decide which they lean toward more naturally.

Practical experience can fill the container. But acquired knowledge makes the container larger.

As for the difficulties of a 'manual'... The problem most men learning about sex have is they see it two dimensionally. I could tell you that external female genitalia most often responds to friction and speed, or I could tell you that sensation inside a vagina responds more likely to pressure and its overall sense experience is non-local.

Not gonna get you very far. What I'm trying to present is the idea that technique and technical knowledge is highly over valued as a default by men, and somewhat at their peril. Which isn't to say it isn't important, but fixation on one important thing leads to negligence of others.

I encourage men to think more globally about sex. Think of what kind of experience you can create. Many positive personal skills you have in daily life may not be translating to intimacy if you see these things as belonging to separate domains.

You may not need a 'manual' to begin playing with these concepts/seeing fast improvements in your sexual encounters. And maybe the 'manuals' that you could find would be outside of the domain of sex, and what you really need is the realization that the skills they teach are equally applicable within.

So here is that realization for you.
