It's fine, I just always find funny the kind of articles that go: 7 ways to make her want you, or 5 ways to make him fall in love. And I always think: how did you even decide this number, why 7 and not 8, why 5 and not 6? Maybe it's just me.
I can't say I have a list, maybe I should try writing down more analytically the things I use, it could help. That said, let me add one I used in a text message two days ago. A girl I've slept with once sent me a random pic during the week, writing: "The biggest cutie of the day". In whatsapp you can read the message but not see the pic before opening the conversation. So I was really curious what she was sending, was even thinking if she sent any kind of personal pic. I opened it and it was the picture of a horse. My response was: For a second I thought, is she really sending me a selfie calling herself cutie of the day?. And she responded with three rolling laughing emojis.
So if I wanted to write it as a technique, it would be saying that for a second you thought she did or said something absurd that would make her look obviously uncool. And since it's something so over the top that she would never do, it doesn't affect attainability, and gets a good laugh, also showing you have some standards, since you basically tell her you were worried for a moment that she was weird, but thank god she is not.
I personally also sent a text saying: It really looks lovely ( mentioning the pic ), in order to keep some attainability more. Not sure if it was the best choice, but she sent a message out of the blue, so I wanted to reward her a bit as well. But I think even the tease by itself could work.
